Rick Steinberg will be giving a presentation about Chapter 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, Cross-Border Insolvency, for Continuing Legal Education credit, on June 24 at the 2021 annual conference of the Transportation Lawyers Association in Lake Tahoe, CA. Rick is the Chairman of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Committee of the Transportation Lawyers Association.

Rick Steinberg will be attending the Conference of Freight Counsel in Annapolis, MD on June 5-7 and giving several presentations regarding various transportation law cases and issues. Rick practices in the areas of transportation law, commercial litigation and bankruptcy.
