Rick Steinberg will be giving a presentation about Chapter 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, Cross-Border Insolvency, for Continuing Legal Education credit, on June 24 at the 2021 annual conference of the Transportation Lawyers Association in Lake Tahoe, CA.
