Rick Steinberg selected to give presentation at Transportation Lawyers Association conference April 27 and 28

Rick Steinberg will be giving presentations at the Transportation Lawyers Association annual conference on April 27 and 28 in San Diego entitled “Bankruptcy Basics for Transportation Counsel” and “Cross-Border Insolvency as it Relates to International Trade and Transportation: Chapter 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.” Rick is the Chairman of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Committee and a forthcoming member of the Executive Committee of the Transportation Lawyers Association.
