Partner, Thomas C. Martin attended the Virtual Trucking Legal Forum held from July 20, 2020 through July 24, 2020 by the American Trucking Associations. www.trucking.org. This is one of the largest transportation conferences in North America and it was an interesting video format containing practical information and approaches to handling the most pressing legal and compliance issues facing carrier operations. This video-conference was a real opportunity to confront and address strategies for the current and unique legal challenges and issues facing carriers across the globe.
