Daniel’s Law: Live!

PMSD Partner and former Bergen County Prosecutor, John Molinelli, Esq, recently addressed attendees at the New Jersey Commerce and Industry Association forum on the requirements and current issues involving Daniel’s Law.  Daniel’s Law is a New Jersey privacy statute that protects the home addresses and unpublished phone numbers of current and retired judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and their immediate family members from public disclosure.  A link to the session is here:
