Architecture and Land Use Law; Perfect Together!

On September 24, 2025, firm partner Ed Purcell presented a seminar entitled “Architecture and Land Use Law-Perfect Together” for the American Institute of Architects (“AIA”) Central New Jersey Chapter. The 1.5 hour long seminar provided a broad based overview of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law and some important zoning concepts that architects should be aware of. Mr. Purcell also provided some “tips” for architects to use when presenting before Land Use Boards. It was a well-attended event and Mr. Purcell appreciated the opportunity talk about these interesting and important land use issues.
