On Saturday, April 15, 2023, the Somerset County Bar Association held its second annual Land Use Symposium and Basic Course in Land Use Law and Planning at Raritan Valley Community College. The event, organized and chaired by Ed Purcell, Esq., included seminars for experienced board members along with the basic course in land use law and planning required by the State of New Jersey for new land use board members. Price Meese proudly sponsored this event! Judge Michael F. O’Neill, the recently retired prerogative writs judge for Hunterdon and Somerset Counties, was the keynote speaker during the luncheon.
Mr. Purcell also gave a very interesting seminar on Roadways, how they are created, and how they influence land development. We look forward to this event next year!
Below is a photograph of Mr. Purcell presenting at the Symposium and also a picture of tote bags given to attendees.
