The Appellate Division decision, issued on Friday, February 18, 2022, in MSO, INC. and 208 GLEN ROCK ASSOCIATES, LLC, Plaintiffs-Appellants, v. THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF GLEN ROCK and
SS GLEN ROCK, LLC, Defendants-Respondents, A-3430-19, affirmed the trial court decision that sustained the decision of the Glen Rock Planning Board. Edward Purcell co-authored the appellate brief.
