On May 6, 2026, firm partner Ed Purcell gave a land use presentation to a packed room of architects at the AIA Newark and Suburban Architects 2026 Expo at the Teaneck Marriot. The presentation, entitled “Architecture and Land Use Law-Perfect Together” was a broad overview of various land use concepts and tips on making presentations to land use boards. Mr. Purcell also discussed the different types of plans that architects, engineers, landscape architects and planners can prepare under existing New Jersey regulations.
