She regularly guides clients through the development process, including site plan approvals, subdivision approvals, variances and permits from various state agencies. Ms. Kasetta has a thorough knowledge of redevelopment law and frequently navigates projects through the process from designation as an area in need of redevelopment through adoption of a redevelopment plan and negotiation of a redeveloper’s agreement. With prior experience representing municipal planning and zoning boards, Ms. Kasetta has a unique perspective on the interactions between developers and the approving authorities, as well as a familiarity with the practices and procedures of many different municipalities.

Ms. Kasetta’s experience in representing developers includes noteworthy projects in northern New Jersey, including a distribution facility in Jersey City for a well-known international courier, a landmark office building in Morristown, and a major redevelopment project located in Clifton and Nutley, where the approval process proceeded concurrently in both municipalities.
