Overview

Richard L. Schneider concentrates his practice in land use, real estate development and commercial leasing, representing both private clients and governmental entities.  A substantial portion of Mr. Schneider’s practice is devoted to the representation of telecommunication carriers and other communication companies in leasing and regulatory matters, public bidding, and in securing land development approvals before municipal boards throughout the State of New Jersey.  In addition, Mr. Schneider represents developers in obtaining land use approvals in both commercial and residential projects. He also currently is legal counsel to eight municipal planning and zoning boards throughout the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Schneider has been in private practice for over 40 years.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester where he earned his B.A. in History and received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.  Mr. Schneider is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey, New York and Georgia. He is a member of the New Jersey and Morris County Bar Associations.
