Theresa N. Maguire, Of Counsel to the Firm, is also a partner in the New York law firm of Pollock & Maguire, LLP. She has more than eighteen years of experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates, including estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation and elder law. Ms. Maguire is also experienced in commercial and residential real estate transactions, business law, and general litigation. At St. John's University School of Law, she was the New York Practice editor of the St. John's Law Review.

 

Ms. Maguire earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from Boston College. She is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Westchester County Bar Association.
