Reginald Jenkins, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of land use and land use litigation, commercial litigation, employment law, as well as the representation of creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure actions. Mr. Jenkins received his BA from Wesleyan University and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.

 

Prior to joining Price, Meese, Shulman & D'Arminio, P.C., Mr. Jenkins was employed by Prentice-Hall, Inc. (now Pearson Education, Inc.) as a staff member of the company's office of corporate counsel. Drawing upon his experience in the areas of employment law, litigation and immigration law, he provides zoning and land use litigation support on wide variety of commercial and residential development matters as well as affordable housing cases.

 

Mr. Jenkins is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, District Court of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
