Dorothy A. Kowal has fifteen years of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts in New Jersey, representing public companies, private businesses, municipal entities and public officials. She also practices in the area of land use and real estate development and has served as counsel to a Bergen County municipality.
Ms. Kowal graduated, with high honors, from Binghamton University, where she majored in Economics. She earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where she was an Editor of the Computer and Technology Law Journal and served as a legal research and writing Instructor. Ms. Kowal is a member of the New Jersey and Bergen County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the Federal District Court of the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
