Reginald Jenkins, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of land use and land use litigation, commercial litigation, employment law, as well as the representation of creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure actions. Mr. Jenkins received his BA from Wesleyan University and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to joining Price, Meese, Shulman & D’Arminio, P.C., Mr. Jenkins was employed by Prentice-Hall, Inc. (now Pearson Education, Inc.) as a staff member of the company’s office of corporate counsel. Drawing upon his experience in the areas of employment law, litigation and immigration law, he provides zoning and land use litigation support on wide variety of commercial and residential development matters as well as affordable housing cases. Mr. Jenkins is active in many community and charitable organizations, including serving as a board member of the Christ Church Community Development Corporation in Hackensack, New Jersey and the Riverside Church in New York. Mr. Jenkins is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
