Mark W. Greene concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of commercial law and creditors’ rights, including the representation of banks and other major secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. He also practices in the areas of real estate foreclosure and corporate law. In the field of telecommunications law, Mr. Greene has represented clients with respect to land use, municipal contracts, public bidding and commercial leasing. In recognition of his experience and leadership in the bankruptcy field, Mr. Greene was named a Barrister with the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court for the 1997-1998 and 1998-1999 programs. He has lectured regarding bankruptcy issues at business and professional seminars. Mr. Greene is a graduate of Rutgers University and earned his law degree Vermont Law School. He is a member of the New Jersey and Bergen County Bar Associations. Mr. Greene is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
