Paul A. Conciatori is a Principal of the Firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development/transactional law and environmental law. Paul has over seventeen years of experience counseling clients in all aspects of property acquisition and development. His practice includes representing clients in the purchase and sale of commercial/industrial properties, as well as obtaining all required development approvals, including zoning and construction approvals from Municipal, County and State governmental agencies. Mr. Conciatori also regularly assists clients in the procurement of necessary environmental permitting from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and associated federal agencies, including the United States Army Corps of Engineers, in areas such as wetlands, flood hazard area permits, and Waterfront Development Permits. He also has extensive experience in the Hackensack Meadowlands District, obtaining all necessary development approvals from the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission.

Mr. Conciatori also specializes in environmental law, representing clients in the acquisition, clean-up and redevelopment of contaminated properties, including Brownfields. His practice includes advising clients on the impact of environmental laws on real estate, business, and lending transactions, and the evaluation of any environmental liabilities related thereto, including compliance with ISRA. He also regularly acts as local counsel for real estate development firms/investors acquiring properties in New Jersey, assisting in the site evaluation/due diligence process, and fulfilling local counsel responsibilities as to zoning and the closing of loan transactions, including loan enforceability opinions.

Paul is a graduate magna cum laude from New York Law School, where he was an Editor for the New York Law School Law Review. He also was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Commercial Transactions. Mr. Conciatori received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the United States District Court of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
