Peter has expertise in cross-media advertising transactions, content monetization and business analytics. He has a proven record of helping his clients create attractive and profitable online experiences for their businesses.
Peter’s legal experience is based in negotiating online advertising and e-commerce transactions for AOL where he served as in-house Senior Counsel. After AOL’s merger with Time Warner, Peter was promoted to lead counsel responsible for Time Warner’s cross-media relationships, including online, print, and television. Peter is credited with executing $2B in international advertising and marketing transactions.
In addition to his legal experience, Peter also has a strong business development and management background. In one year, Peter’s BI team realized $100M in incremental revenue and cost savings by simply using data to run the business. Peter has been recognized for his contributions outside of the office as well. Nominated by his co-workers and chosen from among Time Warner's 89,000 employees worldwide, Peter was awarded Time Warner’s Andrew Heiskell Community Service Award for his extensive work in the Autism community.
Peter completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and obtained his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
